Crew was super courteous and helpful. Food quality was not so good. Most of the movies were old.

We had issues with upgrading our seats. The flight itself was fine.

Horrible experience. They "GAME" with seats they decided to play where you can`t select or get seat during check-in without paying and then forcing you to stay long line at the Customer Service at the gate to get a boarding ticket with seat assigned is pathetic. Will never fly with United again!

Kudos to Swiss!! My wife and I thought Swiss was like flying years back: good food service, refreshments, friendly and courteous crew! We look forward to another trip to Europe next year, and it will be a priority to hopefully fly Swiss, thank you! We strongly can say from experience - the treatment (food, drink, entertainment) in service for Economy Class is unmatched!!!

The plane was so hot upon boarding. Their boarding process was so unnecessarily long. Service was subpar.

Everything from the price to online checkin and the flight being on time to the crew and food was very good. The comfort level is fine--the seats are very close to each other in Economy. But I guess you get what you pay for.

The Zurich airport is a disaster with to small trains running between the terminals, the trains was overfilled (not good in Corona times). It was no directions in the airport with proper lines so you did not know if you ere standing in the right line. They checked your passport 3 times in the airport = a lot of standing in line. Service on the plane could be a lot better, The cabin crew could have offer more to drink (water, coffee, tea), the food sucked.

Bag lost. Lost bag recovery process is an unsatisfying customer experience. Because 1) bag is still lost but also 2) the process is outdated and form-heavy and 3) in our case also involved a long line.

There were multiple delays and the food was poor. Better food.

Wheelchair was the excellent service. I didn’t have any food or used entertainment. Overall for my trip experience was excellent. Thank you very much and keep up good work. Best regards

Plenty of room in the exit row. Sat on the plane an hour before taking off.☹️ Landed late and had to wait for gate availability.

I was appalled to have to pay for just a regular seat when I went to book 24 hrs before my flight! Because it was only an hour flight I didn’t choose a seat from Grand Junction to Denver, but I did for Toronto and had to pay just to choose a regular available seat! In my 60+ years of flying this was the first time I have heard of this. Also, allowing people to bring on “huge “ suitcases, not carry on size, but much bigger, and then a large pack pack stuffed. So they take up all the room in the overhead bins and if we are later boarding, there is no room so we have to check our small carry on. I have already paid for and checked in one bag! I certainly will not choose to fly with United again unless it is the “only” airline available!

Easy boarding, roomy seats, plenty of good food, very helpful snd friendly staff. Very smooth flight! Only thing that could have been better was to have cranberry juice. Women like this as it helps avoid UTI’s and not as sweet as other juices.

Was in business class. After dinner service, I think the stewards figured everyone should be a sleep as the stewards dissappeared. Had to fend for ourselves for a while.

The seats are so close together and when the person in front of you reclines the back of their seat you have even less room. It's quite uncomfortable.

Nothing can please you when you leave with five hours delay and boarding the airplane twice.

Air.Canada assisted passengers with hotels, cabs, and accommodations when the flight was delayed because of mechanical problems.

I got hurt and needed a wheelchair. They were excellent. I also appreciated the fact that they kept me informed thru out the whole trip regarding boarding, gate changes and luggage info.

I am used to the seat sizes and the bathrooms being so small. Main complaint was that the world travel map was not working and the food is poor. I think they need to come back with the idea of free meals when the flight is over 5 hours. Buying meals is terrible as I can not eat much gluten. Over all I will always fly Air Canada as it is reliable and friendly staff. I really like that now I can track my bag as to where it is and when loaded on the airplane.

This is the worst part of the journey. The Lufthansa flight was delayed, and I missed the connecting flight. Lufthansa staff have not been helpful in rebooking the subsequent flight with Air India (another airline that is part of the Star Alliance). Lufthansa told me it's not their responsibility, and Air India says the PNR is part of Lufthansa, so they are not responsible for rebooking. Lufthansa customer service asked me to contact the counter at Delhi airport, but no one was available there. I am caught between these two airlines, and ultimately, Air India decided to reschedule my flight after 18 hours. I am stranded at Delhi airport. I can't go out because if I do, I can't come back in, and I can't get past security to get food. My 3-year-old and I are stranded here for 12 hours without food and water.

Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!

My only complaint would be that we paid for insurance in case we needed to change our flights. However we still had to pay to change and was not helped on either travel parties. I would like a refund for my change fees as indicated in our insurance plans.

Several amenities included. Our bag was a little heavy so they checked it without charge. Earbuds were included. Entertainment selection was fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful travel and flight crew.

Not your fault…..didn’t get my drink until just before landing….bumpy flight.

Touchscreens do not work. WiFi did not work. Food is possibly the worst on any European airline. Drinks came by only four times on a cross-Atlantic. The plane was two hours late because—it was announced—Lufthansa didn't have enough large aircraft in their fleet to accommodate an on-time flight.

German crew were very kind. Food was okay but can be better, especially bread was not good, Garbage collection was very poor.

Another 35 min delay landing No apology no communication or acknowledgment about this

I ended up buying (for $340) "extra space" seats because I my flying partner was given a STY boarding pass, leading me to conclude that she was on standby and that we had to buy seats on the flight. I later learned that the flight was not sold out and that we could have gotten on as usual. To be honest, I felt swindled.
